2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

DoodleNotes provides AI-powered note organization software. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

• You must be 13+ years old to use DoodleNotes
• You're responsible for account security
• One person per account (no sharing)
• Provide accurate registration information

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems
• Share copyrighted content without permission
• Abuse or harass other users
• Resell or redistribute our service

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

You retain all rights to your notes and content. By using DoodleNotes, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your notes with AI
• Store and sync your data
• Display your content back to you

We do NOT claim ownership of your content.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Cancel anytime from account settings
• No refunds for partial months
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for data loss (backup your important notes!).

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from settings.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DoodleNotes is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond our subscription fees.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
